Surface Voxelization

This is a small C++ program that takes a triangulated surface, and produces a voxelized structure as output. Several different modes are available, including filling one side of the surface (assuming it bounds channels), parallel bodies of the former, and inflating the surface to finite thickness.

Requires Boost, and a recent version of CGAL, and the patch described here.
